SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Tuesday Cable Originals (& Network Update): 10.7.2014

NETWORK UPDATE:  Even ABC’s magic touch with afternoon adjustments couldn’t help MANHATTAN LOVE STORY, which stayed at its anemic 0.9, or FOREVER, which remained at 1.3.  However, there were 0.1 bumps for SELFIE and AGENTS OF SHIELD.  THE VOICE and NEW GIRL also gained 0.1, and so did THE FLASH, making it an even more gigantic hit for CW.

Ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts Tuesday (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):

Tuesdays on fall cable belong to SONS OF ANARCHY (FX), and that was true this week as well, up 0.11 from last week to 2.25.  TOSH.0 (Comedy Central) gained 0.03 to 1.00, with BRICKLEBERRY up 0.11 to 0.69.  On MTV, AWKWARD lost 0.15 to 0.49, while FAKING IT lost 0.03 to 0.33 (729K total viewers), and HAPPYLAND held quite well from last week’s premiere, down just 0.02 to 0.18 (and actually up by 11K total viewers, probably younger than 18, to 434K).  HAPPYLAND was at a robust 1.07 in Females 12-17, although that was below the 1.72 for both AWKWARD and FAKING IT.  The night’s 2 episodes of 19 KIDS AND COUNTING (TLC) were at 0.85/0.84, about a tenth below last week.  INK MASTER (Spike) was up 0.06 to 0.72.  In the sports realm, the NATIONAL LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYOFFS on Fox Sports 1 were at 0.99 for the primetime game, and 0.71 for the early game, while an ESPN documentary was also at 0.71.
