Things cooled down for BACHELOR IN PARADISE last night.
DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).
Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.
NBC: AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR shot up by a point from last week’s clip show to 2.3, and RUNNING WILD was up 0.4 to 1.3.
ABC: BACHELOR IN PARADISE fell by 0.3 to 1.5, while the AFTER PARADISE post-show was steady at 1.0. The finale of THE WHISPERS gamed 0.1 to 0.7.
FOX: SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE shed 0.1 to 0.8.
CW: PENN & TELLER: FOOL US is currently up 0.1 to 0.6, WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY is up 0.3 to 0.7, and SIGNIFICANT MOTHER is up 0.1 to 0.3, but the consistency of those increases suggests possible sports preemptions on local stations that may mean adjustments this afternoon.
Tonight’s season finales include MTV’s SCREAM and FX’s TYRANT, as well as the midseason finale of TNT’s RIZZOLI & ISLES.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
