THE SKED’S MONDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 7/15/13

A likely winner last night was on ESPN, the MLB HOME RUN DERBY.  Ratings for cable won’t be available until around 1 pm PT, but last year’s Derby hit a 2.7 rating with adults 18-49.

CBS:  UNDER THE DOME has now diverged quite a bit from Stephen King’s original novel, not always to good effect, but the ratings don’t reflect any dissatisfaction, as the adaptation was again Monday’s top show, steady at 2.7.  That more than doubled the scores for the reruns that preceded it.

ABC:  Also a fairly good night for THE BACHELORETTE, which held even with last week at 1.9.  MISTRESSES, though, slipped 0.1 to 1.1.

NBC:  The line-up was, if nothing else, consistent, as everything drifted down 0.1:  AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR to 1.5, GET OUT ALIVE to 1.4 and SIBERIA to 0.8.

FOX:  Reruns, mostly at 0.6.

CW:  The network hadn’t aired any fresh programming in weeks, and when it stuttered into life for the IHEARTRADIO ULTIMATE POOL PARTY, no one noticed, as the show notched a mere 0.2.

Tonight’s big event is the BASEBALL ALL-STAR GAME on FOX, and CW launches its new unscripted line-up of WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY and PERFECT SCORE.  Meanwhile on cable, USA has the season premieres of two mainstays, COVERT AFFAIRS and SUITS.
