THE SKED: NBC’s Early Start & Premiere Schedule

NBC, as expected, is using its Summer Olympics coverage to launch some of its new fall shows, with a variety of stunt airings and “sneak peeks.”  On the other hand, some returning shows won’t arrive on the air until October.  Here’s the network’s schedule:

 

Wed Aug 8

GO ON has a special airing following the night’s Olympic coverage

Sun Aug 12: 

ANIMAL KINGDOM gets the same treatment after the Closing Ceremony of the Games

Mon Aug 13

8PM:     STARS EARN STRIPES (a military-themed reality competition show)

10PM:   GRIMM season premiere (airs on Mondays until returning to regular Friday slot on 9/14)
