SHOWBUZZDAILY SUNDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 10.20.2019

 

NBC wishes Dallas could play on Sunday night every week.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  KIDS SAY THE DARNDEST THINGS fell 0.2 to 0.6.  AMERICA’S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS (0.7), SHARK TANK (0.6) and THE ROOKIE (0.6) were steady.

CBS:  FOX had the national afternoon NFL game, so comparisons are to 2 weeks ago.  60 MINUTES held at 0.8, GOD FRIENDED ME lost 0.1 to 0.6, while NCIS: LA (0.7) and MADAM SECRETARY (0.4) were steady.

FOX:  Again, comparisons are to 2 weeks ago.  THE SIMPSONS stayed at 2.1, while BLESS THE HARTS dropped 0.1 to 1.1, and BOB’S BURGERS was up 0.1 to 1.1.  FAMILY GUY rose 0.3 to 1.2. 

CW:  BATWOMAN remained at 0.3, but SUPERGIRL was down 0.1 to 0.2.

NBC:  The preliminary 5.8 for SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was up a huge 1.9 from last week’s early number.

Tonight, HBO premieres its limited series CATHERINE THE GREAT.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back this afternoon for detailed demographic ratings for top Friday cable programs. Saturday & Sunday cable ratings will be posted Tuesday morning.
