SHOWBUZZDAILY SUNDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 11.17.2019

An off-night for SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  AMERICA’S FUNNIEST HOME VIDEOS gained 0.1 to 0.8, but KIDS SAY THE DARNDEST THINGS slipped 0.1 to 0.6, SHARK TANK dropped 0.2 to 0.6, and THE ROOKIE was down 0.1 to 0.5.

CBS:  The network had the late afternoon national NFL game, so comparisons are to 2 weeks ago.  60 MINUTES was steady at 1.6, GOD FRIENDED ME gained 0.1 to 0.8, and NCIS: LA held at 0.6.  Note that in much of the country, MADAM SECRETARY aired just a few minutes in primetime, so we won’t have its numbers until finals.

FOX:  Without the national afternoon game, comparisons are again to 2 weeks ago.  THE SIMPSONS stayed at 0.8, while BLESS THE HARTS was up 0.1 to 0.6, and both BOB’S BURGERS (0.8) and FAMILY GUY (0.8) were up 0.2.

CW:  BATWOMAN (0.3) and SUPERGIRL (0.2) were steady.

NBC:  The preliminary 4.3 for SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL fell 1.6 from last week’s early number.

FOX has reruns tonight, but the other networks continue their pre-Thanksgiving line-ups of regular programming.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back this afternoon for detailed demographic ratings for top Friday cable programs. Saturday & Sunday cable ratings will be posted Tuesday morning.
