SHOWBUZZDAILY THURSDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 10.24.2019

 

WILL & GRACE fans didn’t flock to its return.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

NBC:  SUPERSTORE (0.8), PERFECT HARMONY (0.4) and THE GOOD PLACE (0.6) were steady.  The final season premiere of WILL & GRACE fell 50% from its 2018 premiere to 0.5, although that was up 0.2 from last week’s SUNNYSIDE.  SVU gained 0.1 to 0.7.

ABC:  GREY’S ANATOMY was up 0.1 to 1.3, A MILLION LITTLE THINGS rose 0.2 to 0.9, and HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER climbed 0.1 to 0.5.

CBS:  YOUNG SHELDON (1.1) and THE UNICORN (0.8) were both up 0.1.  MOM (0.8) and CAROL’S SECOND ACT (0.7) were both steady.  However, the just-renewed EVIL lost 0.2 to 0.5.

FOX:  The preliminary 2.8 for THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was down 0.1 from last week’s early number.

CW:  SUPERNATURAL held at 0.3, and LEGACIES was down 0.1 to 0.2.

The WORLD SERIES resumes on FOX tonight.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
