SHOWBUZZDAILY THURSDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 4.16.2020

 

A massive audience turned out for Disney songs.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

ABC:  The DISNEY FAMILY SINGALONG special dominated the night at 2.6.  STATION 19 is currently steady at 1.3, although it started after 9PM so that may come down in finals.  HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER held at 0.6.

CBS:  Returning from a rerun week, YOUNG SHELDON dropped 0.3 to 1.0, and MAN WITH A PLAN was steady at 0.7.  MOM, also back from a rerun, lost 0.2 to 0.8, and BROKE stayed at 0.7.  TOMMY was down 0.1 to 0.5.

NBC:  After a rerun SUPERSTORE at 0.6, BROOKLYN NINE-NINE (0.6) and WILL & GRACE (0.6) were steady, and INDEBTED gained 0.1 to 0.4.  SVU, returning from a rerun week, was up 0.1 to 0.7.

FOX:  A new LAST MAN STANDING dropped 0.1 to 0.6, followed by a rerun at 0.5.  A rerun MENTAL SAMURAI was at 0.4.

CW:  KATY KEENE returned from a 2-week break at a steady 0.1.  The season premiere of IN THE DARK was at 0.1, down 0.1 from the 2019 premiere.

The networks air their regular line-ups tonight.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
