ABC:  Game 1 of the NBA FINALS had a preliminary 5.9 rating, down a slight 0.1 from 2016’s Game 1.  It should adjust up by more than a point in finals.

CBS:  The season finale of THE AMAZING RACE was up 0.1 from last week to 0.7, but that was down 0.3 from last year’s finale (an in-season airing on a Friday).  The night started with sitcom reruns dominated by the 1.0 for THE BIG BANG THEORY.

FOX:  BEAT SHAZAM, which aired against the pre-game programming on ABC, dropped 0.1 to 1.1, while LOVE CONNECTION, which aired against the game itself, fell 0.3 to 0.8.

NBC:  Procedural reruns at 0.5-0.6.

CW:  SUPERNATURAL reruns at 0.2/0.2.

Tonight’s primetime is made up of reruns and newsmagazines, except at CW. 

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
