SHOWBUZZDAILY TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 1.26.2021

 

A solid start for ABC’s midseason Tuesday line-up.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  TO TELL THE TRUTH kicked off the line-up at 0.6.  BLACK-ISH relocated from Wednesday and gained 0.2 from its last airing on December 2 to 0.6.  The season premiere of MIXED-ISH was at 0.6, down 0.3 from its series premiere in September 2019.  BIG SKY aired for the first time since December 15 and despite a 40% lower lead-in, held at 0.6.

CBS:  NCIS gained 0.1 to 0.9.  Following its post-NFL episode on Sunday, FBI aired its first regularly-scheduled episode since December 8 and was up 0.2 to 0.8.  FBI: MOST WANTED was steady at 0.6

NBC:  JOEY’S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST rose 0.1 to 0.5.  After a THIS IS US rerun at 0.2, NURSES stayed at 0.2.

FOX:  THE RESIDENT remained at 0.6, and PRODIGAL SON lost 0.1 to 0.4.

CW:  TWO-SENTENCE HORROR STORIES (0.1/0.1) and TRICKSTER (0.1) were steady.

ABC continues rolling out its midseason schedule tonight.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

Note: The fast affiliate-based ratings below measure what aired on network affiliates in 210 U.S. markets from 8-11 pm Eastern & Pacific or 7-10 pm Central & Mountain. The numbers are some combination of the network schedule and any pre-emptions (such as local news or weather coverage). Accurate program ratings will be available this afternoon with the broadcast finals.
