ABC: THE CONNERS (1.0), BLESS THIS MESS (0.6), and MIXED-ISH (0.6) were steady, and BLACK-ISH gained 0.1 to 0.6. EMERGENCE, though, returned from a week off down 0.3 to a new low 0.4.
CBS: NCIS declined 0.1 to 1.0, while FBI (0.8) and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (0.7) were each up 0.1.
NBC: THE VOICE held at 1.3, and the midseason finale of THIS IS US was up 0.1 to 1.5. NEW AMSTERDAM rose 0.1 to 0.8.
FOX: THE RESIDENT climbed 0.1 at 0.8, and EMPIRE stayed at 0.7.
CW: Returning from a rerun week, THE FLASH was 0.1 faster to 0.5, and ARROW remained at 0.2.
The latest DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES DEBATE airs tonight on MSNBC.
