A good night for ABC.

ABC; BLACK-ISH gained 0.2 to 1.2, and there were 0.1 bumps for THE MIDDLE (1.3), FRESH OFF THE BOAT (1.0) and THE MAYOR (0.8). KEVIN (PROBABLY) SAVES THE WORLD stayed at 0.6.
CBS: The line-up aired for the first time since November 21. NCIS held at 1.4, BULL rose 0.2 to a season-high 1.3, and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS was steady at 0.9.
NBC: THE VOICE slipped 0.1 to 1.7. GWEN STEFANI’S YOU MAKE IT FEEL LIKE CHRISTMAS special was at 1.2. CHICAGO MED was down 0.1 to 1.1.
FOX: LETHAL WEAPON remained at 1.0. An hour of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE was at 0.7/0.7, the same as last week’s half-hour.
CW: A GREATEST HOLIDAY COMMERCIALS COUNTDOWN special was at 0.3, and a rerun of the VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW was at 0.2.
Tonight’s midseason finales include FOX’s EMPIRE and CW’s RIVERDALE. On cable, USA airs the season finale of MR. ROBOT–which has just been renewed for Season 4.
COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
