DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  THE CONNERS was steady at 1.0, but then BLESS THIS MESS (0.6), MIXED-ISH (0.5), BLACK-ISH (0.5) and FOR LIFE (0.5) were all down 0.1.

CBS:  NCIS returned from a rerun week with an early season finale, down 0.1 from its last episode to 1.2.  FBI MOST WANTED was at 0.9/0.8 compared to 0.9 for its last new episode.

NBC:  After ELLEN’S GAME OF GAMES dropped 0.2 to 1.0, the season finale of NEW AMSTERDAM was at 1.0, up 0.2 from its last new episode on March 17 (and up 0.1 from the 2019 finale).  An NBC NEWS special followed at 0.6.

FOX:  After a rerun of THE MASKED SINGER at 0.6, EMPIRE held at 0.7.

CW:  A rerun of THE FLASH at 0.1 was followed be a rerun LEGENDS OF TOMORROW at a rare 0.0.

Tonight, FOX airs the season finale of LEGO MASTERS, and ABC shifts AMERICAN HOUSEWIFE into the 9PM MODERN FAMILY slot.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
