THE SKED TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 7/3/12

A Happy 4th of July to all!  Viewers started their holiday early last night, leading to reduced ratings for everyone.

NBC:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT was the highest rated show of the night with a 2.3, but that was down 0.9 from last week’s live show, which combined with a 1.3 for LOVE IN THE WILD (down 0.3) and a 1.0 for an AGT rerun at 8PM, put NBC in 2d place for the night.

FOX:  Stability ruled the night, as the network’s HELL’S KITCHEN/MASTERCHEF pair at 1.9/2.0, while down 0.4/0.2 from last week, took the evening for FOX.

CBS:  All repeats, with 48 HOURS MYSTERY‘s 1.1 beating both NCIS shows (1.0/0.8)

ABC:  More repeats, and a horrible 0.8 average for the night, with WIPEOUT at 0.9 and EXTREME MAKEOVER: WEIGHT LOSS EDITION at 0.7.

CW:  Will anyone remember CW exists when new episodes return in October?  Another 0.2/0.1 night, and that 0.2 was the finale of THE CATALINA.

Tonight NBC and CBS have 4th of July fireworks shows, with your choice of cities (NY on NBC, Boston on CBS).  ABC and FOX concentrate on sitcom repeats (FOX has 4 New Girls in a row), until ABC airs a new episode of its flop FINAL WITNESS at 10PM.
