Tuesday ratings last night, last year and last week.  President Obama’s address on Syria interrupted network schedules to varying degrees at 9 pm ET last night, with NBC sliding America’s Got Talent a little over 15 minutes, while CBS was closer to a half-hour slide of the 9 and 10 pm repeat dramas.  ABC devoted an enitre news analysis hour to the speech.  Night two of Million Second Quiz dropped a bit to a 1.5 adult 18-49 rating for the hour, enough to narrowly win the hour but not much to get excited about.
