THE SKED WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD

The calendar may say it’s too early for the dog days of summer, but they’ve arrived at CBS.

CBSDOGS IN THE CITY fell sharply from its low debut to an awful 0.9, below most of the reruns on NBC and ABC.  After that, procedural reruns were at 1.2-1.3.

FOX:  The night’s winner, with a 2.4 for SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE that was a full ratings point above anything else on the networks (even though it fell 0.3 from the prior week).

NBC:  None of the night’s reruns scored higher than a 1.1.

ABC:  The importance of timeslot:  a 9PM MODERN FAMILY had a 1.4, another at 10:30PM slipped to 0.7.

CW:  2 hours of AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL at 0.3.

Tonight’s ratings will be dominated by Game 6 of the Boston/Miami NBA PLAYOFFS on ESPN.  The only broadcast network fully in reruns, though, will be CBS.  NBC introduces the new (low-budget Canadian) scripted medical series SAVING HOPE, FOX debuts the new reality dating shows TAKE ME OUT and THE CHOICE, ABC has new episodes of DUETS and ROOKIE BLUE, and CW tries another episode of BREAKING POINTE.
