An older-skewing LITTLE BIG SHOTS didn’t stir any excitement.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

NBC:  LITTLE BIG SHOTS launched its senior citizen FOREVER YOUNG version at 1.0, down 0.1 from last week’s original recipe.  THE CARMICHAEL SHOW was steady at 0.8, and reruns at 0.6/0.4 followed.

FOX:  MASTERCHEF fell 0.2 to 0.9, and THE F WORD lost 0.1 to 0.7.

ABC:  TO TELL THE TRUTH arrived at a light 0.6.  It aired after 0.6-0.7 sitcom reruns.

CBS:  Reruns at 0.5-0.6.

CW:  Reruns at 0.2/0.2.

Summer TV stocks up tonight.  ABC premieres its new musical competition series BOY BAND, and follows it with the reboot of THE GONG SHOW, secretly (shhh!) hosted by Mike Myers.  NBC returns HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT, THE WALL and THE NIGHT SHIFT to its line-up.  On cable, Spike airs the premiere of its Stephen King-based horror series THE MIST.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
