SHOWBUZZDAILY WEDNESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 8.14.2019

BH90210 plunged.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

FOX:  Reboots are often frontloaded, and the curiosity factor for BH90210 burned off fast, down 40% with a 0.06 drop to 0.09.  That still left it as one of the higher-rated shows of the night, but any further erosion would be a problem.  It was preceded by MASTERCHEF, down 0.1 to 0.8.

NBC:  An AMERICA’S GOT TALENT hour led the night at 1.1, followed by SONGLAND at 0.7 and THE INBETWEEN, steady at 0.4.

CBS:  BIG BROTHER lost 0.1 to 1.0, followed by reruns at 0.4/0.3.

ABC:  A rerun of PRESS YOUR LUCK was at 0.5, and CARD SHARKS and MATCH GAME both held at 0.5/0.5.

CW:  BULLETPROOF (0.1) and HYPNOTIZE ME (0.1) were steady.

CBS closes the book on ELEMENTARY tonight, and NFL FOOTBALL returns to ESPN.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back this afternoon for detailed demographic ratings for top cable programs from this day.
