UNDERCOVER BOSS will never have an easier night.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis follows the chart.

CBS:  A new episode of UNDERCOVER BOSS was the only regular new programming on any network, and it held last week’s season premiere 1.1.  The rest of the night consisted of 0.7/0.7 procedural reruns.

FOX:  The preliminary number for the Foster Farms COLLEGE FOOTBALL bowl game was 0.7.

ABC:  Reruns, with 2 hours of sitcoms topped by 1.1s for MODERN FAMILY and THE GOLDBERGS, and 0.8 for MATCH GAME in the 10PM hour.

NBC:  Procedural reruns at 0.8-1.0.

CW:  Superhero reruns at 0.3/0.3.

The networks revert to all-rerun line-ups tonight.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.

This feature will return in January.

CABLE RATINGS: Come back this afternoon for detailed demographic ratings for top cable programs from this day. BROADCAST FINAL RATINGS will be available Friday morning, as some delays caused by the Christmas holiday continue.
