Tonight is critical for 3 of the broadcast networks: FOX will launch its major scripted gamble of the season, the big-budget TERRA NOVA; the CW will find out if GOSSIP GIRL still has enough of a pulse to launch the very different (other than having Josh Schwartz as Executive Producer) HART OF DIXIE; and CBS will discover what its Monday looks like now that the post-Charlie Sheen 2 1/2 MEN tsunami has passed. All that being the case, we’re going to wait an extra day before grading the networks on their first week of the season. Or in other words: hey, NBC–THE PLAYBOY CLUB gets a do-over!
