The Sked: SATURDAY RATINGS November 12 & Sweep Update

Posted November 13, 2011 by Mitch Metcalf

>Last night, ABC had the relevant college football game, #7 Oregon convincingly upsetting #4 Stanford.  The game produced a 2.5 Adults 18-49 rating in the fast nationals, although that number should rise to close to a 3 rating when the official ratings correctly tabulate the Pacific time zone.  The ABC game is more than double […]

Posted October 14, 2011 by Mitch Metcalf

> The X Factor won Thursday (the fourth of the season) with a 3.6 Adult 18-49 rating.  The Thursday track for X Factor has been 4.3…3.9…4.0…3.6.  The 3.6 will probably go up to a 3.7 or 3.8 in the official nationals later today, but FOX has to be mildly disappointed there is not a 4 […]

Unlike last week, ESPN’s Monday Night Football does not have a market-related impact […]

Posted November 1, 2012 by Mitch Metcalf

Halloween always depresses television usage levels of 2-34 year-olds, but last night it looks like 35-49 year-olds also took the night off from watching TV in greater than normal numbers.  Just an awful night for network TV, with season lows reached on various shows.  FOX won the night with only a 2.7 adult 18-49 rating, […]
