NCAA Basketball didn’t change much for the other networks.
ABC: The night’s winner, but none of its shows were higher than 1.6. That number belonged to the season finale of LAST MAN STANDING (up 0.2 from last week) and 20/20 (ditto). The season finale of MALIBU COUNTRY (up 0.3) and a rerun SHARK TANK tied with 1.4.
NBC: FASHION STAR and GRIMM were both even at 0.7 and 1.4, then ROCK CENTER was up 0.3 to 0.9.
FOX: A KITCHEN NIGHTMARES rerun topped the night with 0.9, above a new episode of TOUCH with 0.7 (up 0.1).
CW: A rerun of the JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE ALBUM RELEASE PARTY doubled the new episode of CULT, 0.4 to 0.2.
CBS: Preliminary numbers have the night’s NCAA BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT at 1.0, seriously down from last year’s 2.2. However, we won’t know until final numbers are released if things were really that dire.
Basketball continues tonight, and otherwise the only original programming is the usual Saturday assortment of reality shows.

The endings aren’t going to be happy. ABC: No one showed up for the last-ditch Friday run of HAPPY ENDINGS, which only managed 0.9/0.7 in its 2 half-hours, probably sealing its fate. (It’s a sign of where network TV is in general, though, that the 0.9 for its first…

Good news for ABC’s sitcoms. ABC: LAST MAN STANDING and MALIBU COUNTRY, newly gifted with 5-episode backorders, justified their continued life by rising to 1.6/1.5, a tick or two up from recent weeks. A rerun SHARK TANK and a new 20/20 won their hours with 1.6 and 1.7, respectively. CBS: …

Another dim night for most of the networks. NBC: Last night marked the season’s final Friday airing of GRIMM before it moves to Tuesdays, and its send-off was unpromising, a 1.3 that was down 0.2 from its last new episode 3 weeks ago. As could be expected after last…
