THE SKED’S MONDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 11/12/12

REVOLUTION continues to slip.

NBC:  There are 2 more airings of REVOLUTION before it goes off the air until late March, and these are its ratings over its past 4 airings:  3.3, 3.0, 2.8 and last night’s 2.6.  Now, 2.6 is still a very strong number for a 10PM show, and Revolution still dominates its hour.  But it’s now the 5th highest rated Monday night series, and serialized shows that lose viewers have a hard time winning them back.  (It didn’t help that last night’s episode was one of the season’s weakest, mostly concerned with a supporting character’s sister.)  If Revolution continues to drop over its remaining fall episodes, NBC will officially have something to be concerned about.  Last night’s THE VOICE was also down 0.2 from the prior week, but at 4.3 it handed the night to the Peacock easily.

CBS:  A solid night, as HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and MIKE & MOLLY were both up 0.2 from last week, and 2 BROKE GIRLS and HAWAII 5-0 held even.  Only the not-long-for-this-season PARTNERS fell, with a new low 1.8.

ABC:  DANCING WITH THE STARS and CASTLE were both up slightly in preliminary numbers (Dancing by 0.1 to 2.2, and Castle by 0.2 to 2.1, but those numbers may be inflated by football simulcasts in Kansas City and Pittsburgh.

FOX:  BONES hit a new low 1.9, while THE MOB DOCTOR tied its abysmal 0.9 low.

CW:  An inexplicably good evening for the network’s veteran soaps.  90210 was up 0.2 to what is for this network a robust 0.6, and GOSSIP GIRL managed to rise slightly to 0.4.

Sweeps continue with all-new episodes of the full network line-ups tonight.
