THE SKED’S MONDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 12/3/12

A night of mostly declines.

NBC: THE VOICE fell 0.3 to 3.9,  still the highest-rated show of the night.  BLAKE SHELTON’S NOT SO FAMILY CHRISTMAS held very well, with a 2.8 that was higher than several recent episodes of Revolution.

CBS:  HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was down 0.3 to 3.0, and then a rerun 2 BROKE GIRLS was down a full ratings point (to 2.2) from the BIG BANG THEORY rerun that aired at 8:30PM last week.  That set the stage for the new Broke Girls at 9PM to fall a big 0.6 from last week to 3.5, and MIKE & MOLLY joined it, down 0.5 to 3.1.  HAWAII 5-0 held better than anything else on the night, down a mere 0.1 to 2.2.

ABC:  EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION performed even worse than it had last week, with 0.9/1/1 hours.  That knifed CASTLE, which hit a new low 1.7.

FOX:  BONES had a bad night, down half a ratings point to 1.9.  THE MOB DOCTOR staggered to a 0.8, down 0.3 from last week.

CW:  Both 90210 and GOSSIP GIRL held even at respective 0.5 and 0.4, and while those numbers aren’t much, holding even didn’t look bad last night.

Tonight, NBC, FOX and CW air new episodes of their regular shows, while ABC starts off the night with a rerun SHARK TANK, and CBS has the umpteenth airing of RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER as the lead-in to a rerun NCIS and this year’s installment of the VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW special.
