>The full Weekday Box Office Update will return next week after today’s abbreviated version.  Thor has grossed $10.8 million Monday-Tuesday or 16% of the opening weekend.  A 20% early week percentage would indicate a smaller than normal decline in the second weekend and longer term playability.  Rather, 16% suggests a more normal pattern of a 45% decline in week two and makes it unlikely Thor can make a huge run before the next round of blockbusters open.  Check back tomorrow for Weekend Predictions for Bridesmaids (Universal) and Priest (Sony).
