NETWORK FINALS:  THE VOICE and FRESH OFF THE BOAT gained 0.1 in final numbers, but LAW & ORDER TRUE CRIME  and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MLB PLAYOFFS game won Tuesday cable at 2.13.  FX’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY: CULT ticked up to 1.07.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN dropped 0.08 to 0.74, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST fell a steep 0.16 to 0.46, and ACCORDING TO CHRISLEY was down 0.06 to 0.28.  It was a big night for HANNITY and Fox News, which dominated cable news at 0.57/0.89/3.7M, with CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.41/0.6.1.8M, and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.26/0.39/2M .  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE rose a tenth to 0.55.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE returned at 0.54, and COUNTING CARS was back at 0.33/0.32.  On OWN, IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG had a 0.03 bump to 0.47, and it was followed by the first part of the QUEEN SUGAR midseason premiere at 0.45.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK ticked up to 0.46.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 lost 0.03 to 0.31, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was down 0.04 to 0.18.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL were both at 0.30, respectively steady and up 0.05.  On ID, GRAVE MYSTERIES edged up 0.02 to 0.28, and KILLER INSTINCT was down 0.02 to 0.22.  TLC’s THE LITTLE COUPLE rose 0.02 to 0.25, and 7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS was down 0.02 to 0.25.  On Food Network, CHOPPED JR and CHOPPED were steady at 0.24/0.22.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS was at 0.23.  Spike’s INK MASTER: ANGELS was nowhere near the mothership series at 0.22.  On Tru, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING fell 0.03 to 0.14, and YOU CAN DO BETTER ticked down to 0.06.  Syfy’s FACE OFF: GAME FACE held at 0.11.
