NETWORK FINALS:  There were 0.1 upticks in final numbers for THIS IS US, THE VOICE, and BULL, but LAW & ORDER TRUE CRIME: THE MENENDEZ MURDERS, BROOKLYN NINE-NINE and the rerun of LEGENDS OF TOMORROW went 0.1 the other way.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY: CULT’s Tuesday cable lead continued, but so did its downward trajectory, off by 0.09 to 1.06.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN rose 0.08 to 0.82, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST jumped 0.12 to 0.62, and ACCORDING TO CHRISLEY ticked up to 0.34.  The season finale of Spike’s INK MASTER gained 0.05 to 0.46.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK slipped 0.02 to 0.45, and JAX & BRITTANY was down 0.02 to 0.21.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE dropped 0.05 to 0.45.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG fell 0.05 to 0.44.  In the 18-49 demo, Fox News’s HANNITY had a slim victory over MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW, 0.37 vs. 0.35, but in the 25-54 “news demo” and total viewers, the win was much bigger, 0.65/3.9M vs. 0.53/2.7M (CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 was at 0.24/0.35/1.1M).  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 was steady at 0.34, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was up 0.02 to 0.22, then THE DAILY SHOW gave a steady 0.32 lead-in to the 2d night of THE OPPOSITION, which at 0.16 was down 0.08 from its Monday premiere.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS rose 0.03 to 0.30, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dipped 0.03 to 0.25.  On TLC, 7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS fell 0.12 to 0.27, and THE LITTLE COUPLE plunged 0.24 to 0.23.  On ID, GRAVE MYSTERIES lost 0.06 to 0.26, and KILLER INSTINCT was down 0.03 to 0.24.  On Food Network, CHOPPED JR shrank by 0.02 to 0.24, and CHOPPED was down 0.07 to 0.22.  On Tru, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING lost 0.03 to 0.17, and YOU CAN DO BETTER was down 0.03 to 0.07.  Syfy’s FACE OFF: GAME FACE was up 0.02 to 0.11.
