NETWORK FINALS:  THE VOICE, LETHAL WEAPON, THE MICK, THE FLASH and BULL gained 0.1 in final numbers, while NCIS:  NEW ORLEANS lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX’s AMERICAN HORROR STORY: CULT (with an episode that was available in uncut form online) led Tuesday cable, down 0.03 to 1.04.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN rose 0.06 to 0.80, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST jumped 0.14 to 0.60, and ACCORDING TO CHRISLEY was up 0.07 to 0.35.  The BET HIP-HOP AWARDS, sparked by an Eminem rant that went viral, was at 0.77, with lead-out TALES at 0.51, and a special LIP SYNC BATTLE lead-in at 0.25.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK climbed 0.08 to 0.54.  The NBA PRESEASON has begun, and ESPN’s games were at 0.53/0.45.  History’s FORGED IN FIRE slipped 0.03 to 0.51, and COUNTING CARS was at 0.38/0.37, compared to last week’s 0.33/0.32.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE dropped 0.07 to 0.48.  On A&E, LEAH REMINI: SCIENTOLOGY & THE AFTERMATH was at 0.43.  On OWN, IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG lost 0.05 to 0.42.  Food Network’s CHOPPED had a 0.13 jump to 0.35, and CHOPPED JR was steady at 0.24.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.05 to 0.35, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL ticked up to 0.31.  Fox News led the cable news race with HANNITY at 0.34/0.58/3.2M, over MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.31/0.49/2.5M and CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.26/0.34/1.1M.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 ticked down to 0.30, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW also ticked down to 0.17.  ID’s GRAVE MYSTERIES edged up 0.02 to 0.30, and KILLER INSTINCT was down 0.02 to 0.20.  On TLC, THE LITTLE COUPLE dipped 0.02 to 0.23, and 7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS was down 0.04 to 0.21.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS fell 0.03 to 0.20.  On Tru, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING rose 0.04 to 0.18, and YOU CAN DO BETTER ticked down to 0.05.  Spike’s INK MASTER: ANGELS fell 0.05 to 0.17.
