DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

CW:  DYNASTY remained at 0.2 in its move to Fridays, and JANE THE VIRGIN held at last week’s 0.2.

ABC:  ONCE UPON A TIME (0.5), AGENTS OF SHIELD (0.6) and 20/20 (0.6) were all up 0.1.

NBC:  BLINDSPOT dropped 0.1 to 0.6, and TAKEN remained at 0.5.  The CONFRONTING PUTIN special was 0.1 below last week’s DATELINE at 0.5.

CBS:  MACGYVER (0.9) and BLUE BLOODS (1.0) both gained 0.1, while HAWAII 5-0 stayed at 0.9.

FOX:  MASTERCHEF JR held at 0.9, followed by a 9-1-1 rerun at 0.5.

Tonight’s TV features an NBA game on ABC, and a SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE with Sterling K. Brown as host and James Bay as musical guest.  Sunday will be much busier, as ABC finally unveils its rebooted AMERICAN IDOL and follows it with the new DECEPTION, NBC has the season premiere of the cancelled-and-then-uncancelled TIMELESS, FOX airs its OJ SIMPSON: THE LOST CONFESSION? special, and on cable, E! premieres its scripted hours THE ARRANGEMENT and THE ROYALS back-to-back.
