For the second week in a row, FOX is the only network above a 2.0 rating in the prime time weekly average. NBC is headed for a record low week: the estimated 1.13 falls comfortably below the previous low (week 19 of the season, January 28-February 3). Week 19 had a pretty good excuse: the Super Bowl airing on CBS. This week’s anemic performance is strictly a function of the Voice-less schedule.

New low for a week this season |
FOX has almost caught NBC for second place for the season. Next week, the networks will officially flip positions in the season ranking. For the last eight weeks, NBC has averaged a 1.26, while FOX has averaged a 2.31 rating. The Voice will eliminate some of that gap starting March 25, but FOX will maintain enough of an advantage to solidify its second-place position for the season by the end of May.
