Projected weekly network ratings in prime time (based on four days of official nationals and three days of fast nationals).  No network will finish above a 2 rating for the week, even as the May sweep (with plenty of original episodes began).  The problem this past week was there were no live sports or special events to goose the ratings.  NBC fell 13% from the prior week (which was boosted by the Friday night coverage of the Boston Bomber apprehension).  FOX is #1 this week but down a stunning 23% from the similar week last year, while ABC has a similar decline from last year.
