SHOWBUZZDAILY MONDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 10.1.2018

OK results for CBS’s new sitcoms.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

CBS:  THE NEIGHBORHOOD premiered at 1.3, and HAPPY TOGETHER started with 1.0.  By comparison, on the first Monday last fall after THE BIG BANG THEORY relocated to Thursday, KEVIN CAN WAIT and 9JKL were at 1.2/0.8.  With a lower lead-in than last week, MAGNUM PI fell 0.3 to 0.9.  BULL slipped 0.1 to 0.8.

NBC:  THE VOICE was steady at 2.0.  MANIFEST dropped 0.4 to a still-strong 1.8.

ABC:  DANCING WITH THE STARS was down 0.1 to 0.9, and THE GOOD DOCTOR lost 0.1 to 1.2, down a full point from the same week in 2017.

FOX:  THE RESIDENT (1.0) and 9-1-1 (1.5) were each down 0.1 from last week.

CW:  The season finale of PENN & TELLER: FOOL US gained 0.1 to 0.3.  The new and rerun WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY remained at 0.2/0.2.

There are no network premieres tonight, but CW takes care of old business with the finale of summer series THE OUTPOST.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
