Increases for ABC’s finales.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

ABC:  WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE was steady at 0.9.  The season finale of STATION 19 was at 0.9, up 0.1 from both last week and the 2019 finale.  The series finale of HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER was at 0.7, up 0.2 from last week and up 0.1 from the 2019 finale (which aired in February).

CBS:  The only new shows were MAN WITH A PLAN, down 0.1 to 0.7, and BROKE, steady at 0.6.  The reruns around them were at 0.4-0.7.

NBC:  COUNCIL OF DADS (0.4) and BLINDSPOT (0.3) were steady.  The night ended with an SVU rerun at 0.3.

FOX:  CELEBRITY WATCH PARTY dropped 0.1 to 0.3, followed by a rerun MENTAL SAMURAI at 0.4.

CW:  The season finale of KATY KEENE (0.1) and IN THE DARK (0.1) were steady.

Tonight’s finales include ABC’s SHARK TANK and NBC’s THE BLACKLIST, which completed its episode with the help of animation.  In addition, CBS will air a pair of pandemic-related specials.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
