Ratings Delays Caused by Thanksgiving

The Thanksgiving holiday weekend will cause delays for daily national ratings (live+same day cable and broadcast) for several days.  This is how the ratings should roll out the next week or so. (All times Pacific.)

  • Wednesday November 25 nationals available Monday November 30 by 2 pm
  • Thursday November 26 nationals available Tuesday December 1 by 8 am
  • Friday November 27 nationals available Tuesday December 1 by 2 pm
  • Saturday November 28 nationals available Wednesday December 2 by 8 am
  • Sunday November 29 nationals available Wednesday December 2 by 8 am

Then for a few days, broadcast ratings will follow cable ratings.

  • Monday November 30 nationals
    • Cable available Wednesday December 2 by 9 am
    • Broadcast available Wednesday December 2 by 2 pm
  • Tuesday December 1 nationals
    • Cable available Wednesday December 2 by 2 pm*
    • Broadcast available Thursday December 3 by 8 am
  • Wednesday December 2 nationals
    • Cable available Thursday December 3 by 2 pm*
    • Broadcast available Friday December 4 by 2 pm
  • Thursday December 3 nationals
    • Cable available Friday December 4 by 2 pm*
    • Broadcast available Monday December 7 by 8 am

* denotes normal release time

The schedule will return to normal with the simultaneous release of cable and broadcast nationals for Friday December 6 on Monday December 9 by 2 pm.

As usual, the “fast affiliate-based” broadcast nationals will continue to be released each morning at 8 am for the previous night.
