NETWORK UPDATE:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT gained 0.1 in final numbers, and BEST TIME EVER lost 0.1.  The worse news for BEST TIME EVER, though, was its trajectory through the hour, starting at 2.2 in the 1st 15 minutes, and then falling steadily to 1.9-1.7-1.6.  That suggests a show that wasn’t living up to its title for the audience.  Elsewhere, BIG BROTHER gained 0.1 and the NCIS: NEW ORLEANS rerun lost the same, the 8PM FRESH OFF THE BOAT rerun was up 0.1, and the 8PM THE FLASH rerun was down the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX had the night’s highest original with the premiere of BASTARD EXECUTIONER, but its 0.83 rating was far from thrilling for a show the network has been heavily promoting for months as its Next Big Thing.  (Unfortunately, we don’t have detailed breakdowns of ratings through the 2-hour premiere.)  It was just two hundredths above an airing of IRON MAN 3 as its lead-in.  THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS (OWN) dropped two-tenths to 0.79.  On Spike, INK MASTER and its REDEMPTION spin-off were at 0.73/0.55, compared to last week’s 0.86/0.61.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 was up 0.04 to 0.53, while DRUNK HISTORY dropped 0.03 to 0.32.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK gained 0.02 to 0.48 and MY FAB 40TH was at 0.17.  Food Network’s CHOPPED TEENS rose 0.08 to 0.47.  A COUNTING CARS clip show on History was at 0.41, and OUTLAW CHRONICLES was down 0.11 to 0.33.  Discovery’s YUKON MEN was at 0.40.  On E!, WAGS was up 0.03 to 0.38, but TOTAL DIVAS fell 0.12 to 0.37.  Syfy’s FACE OFF lost 0.07 to 0.37.  PUNKD (BET) dropped 0.05 to 0.32.  On ABCFamily, MONICA THE MEDIUM slipped another 0.02 to 0.15, and NEXT STEP REALTY held at 0.07 (163K total viewers).  TNT’s PUBLIC MORALS dropped again, by 0.07 to 0.15, a disastrous number for that network.  BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (POP) was at 0.06/165K.
