NETWORK UPDATE:  FRESH OFF THE BOAT and BEST TIME EVER each gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  BET’s BEING MARY JANE took the night on cable, even though it fell a heavy 0.25 from last week (which means down 0.35 from the season premiere 2 weeks ago).  Bravo’s BELOW DECK was both a tick behind MARY JANE and its own rating last week at 0.62, while PEOPLE’S COUCH rose 0.11 to 0.32.  Note:  as is often the case, cable networks airing theatrical movies for the first time list them as “originals,” which is why FX’s airing of FAST AND FURIOUS is #2 on our chart.  More relevant for our purposes is that its lead-out BASTARD EXECUTIONER returned from a week off up 0.05 to 0.35.  On OWN, IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG dropped 0.09 to 0.61.  The college football season’s first COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF RANKINGS SHOW (ESPN) was at 0.54.  Food Network’s CHOPPED JUNIOR climbed 0.12 to 0.53, and CHOPPED rose 0.07 to 0.49, with CHOPPED AFTER HOURS up 0.02 to 0.37.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 was up 0.05 to 0.53, and DRUNK HISTORY edged up 0.02 to 0.32.  BAD GIRLS CLUB (Oxygen) gained 0.06 to 0.41.  E!’s BOTCHED was up 0.04 to 0.41.  Discovery’s YUKON MEN rose 0.04 to 0.30.  MTV’s FINDING CARTER lost 0.03 to 0.23.  MANHATTAN (WGN) rose in total viewers to 335K, although its 18-49 rating remained 0.03.
