BROADCAST FINALS:

ABC:  BACHELOR IN PARADISE dropped 0.13 to 0.91, and ULTIMATE SURFER was down 0.04 to 0.30.

CBS:  Reruns at 0.23-0.37.

NBC:  AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR climbed 0.09 to 0.54, and THE WALL was up 0.02 to 0.42.

FOX:  HELL’S KITCHEN edged up 0.02 to 0.64.  It was followed by a pair of season finales, with HOUSEBROKEN up a tick to 0.24, and DUNCANVILLE down a tick to 0.19.

CW:  ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO was up 0.01 to 0.09, and REPUBLIC OF SARAH was similarly up to 0.04.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE telecast led Monday cable at 0.57/0.56/0.50, compared to last week’s 0.67/0.65/0.60.  Cable news was topped by Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.37/0.64/4.3M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.18/0.30/2.8M, and CNN NEWSROOM at 0.15/0.21/1.1M.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP was at 0.36/0.28 compared to last week’s 0.32/0.27, and MY TRUE CRIME STORY held at 0.19.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK dipped 0.03 to 0.29.  On TLC, DARCEY & STACEY gained 0.03 to 0.25, and 90 DAY FIANCE was steady at 0.23.  TBS’s AMERICAN DAD was at 0.24.  Nat Geo’s 9/11: ONE DAY IN AMERICA was at 0.18/0.15.  On ID, REASONABLE DOUBT was at 0.17, and A TIME TO KILL was up 0.03 to 0.13.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS was steady at 0.16, GETAWAY DRIVER ticked up to 0.13, and MONSTER GARAGE was down 0.02 to 0.08.  On Food Network, CLASH OF THE CONES ticked up to 0.16.  HGTV’s CHEAP OLD HOUSES was at 0.14/0.14, compared to last week’s 0.14/0.13.  History’s AMERICAN PICKERS dropped 0.03 to 0.09.  HBO’s foreign-language LAETITIA premiered at 0.03.
