NETWORK FINALS:  THE ROOKIE lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  KILLING EVE returned to AMC and BBCAmerica at respectively 0.14/0.12, compared to last season’s premiere on the same networks at 0.15/0.10.  HBO offered a stark demonstration that viewers know what they do and don’t want to watch:  after WESTWORLD gained 0.03 to 0.24, INSECURE returned at 0.26 (down 0.05 from last season’s premiere), then RUN premiered at 0.12, only to have LAST WEEK TONIGHT regain the audience, up a tick to 0.26. 

The highest-rated scripted shows of the night belonged to Adult Swim, with THREE BUSY DEBRAS down a tick to 0.27, and BEEF HOUSE up 0.03 to 0.27.  On Hallmark, WHEN CALLS THE HEART ticked down to 0.19, and WHEN HOPE CALLS was down 0.02 to 0.14.  Starz’s OUTLANDER was steady at 0.13.  On Showtime, HOMELAND ticked down to 0.12, the unplanned midseason finale of BLACK MONDAY lost a tick to 0.02/145K and VICE was also down a tick to 0.01/103K. 

TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE led Sunday cable, up 0.02 to 1.07 (and the after-show down 0.04 to 0.36), with SISTER WIVES down 0.02 to 0.49.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA was steady at 0.61, with FAMILY KARMA up 0.02 to 0.23.  On Food Network, BUDDY VS DUFF climbed 0.07 to 0.38, and BEAT BOBBY FLAY was steady at 0.26.  The first round of ESPN’s NBA HORSE CHALLENGE was at 0.32.  Discovery’s NAKED & AFRAID rose 0.07 to 0.31.  Cable news was topped by CNN NEWSROOM at 0.27/0.39/1.7M, with Fox News’s AMERICA’S NEWS HQ at 0.23/0.32/1.9M, and MSNBC’s PRESS CONFERENCE coverage at 0.08/1.2M.  On HGTV, HOUSE IN A HURRY grew by 0.07 to 0.22, and EXTREME MAKEOVER was at 0.18/0.14 compared to last week’s 0.20.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE slipped 0.02 to 0.19.  On ID, HARVEY WEINSTEIN BREAKING NEWS was at 0.12, and THE LAKE ERIE MURDERS was at 0.12.  A&E’s BIOGRAPHY: DOLLY was at 0.09, and WILLIE NELSON:  AMERICAN OUTLAW was at 0.06.
