NETWORK FINALS:  CBS’s end of NCAA TOURNAMENT coverage adjusted to 1.1 in final numbers for the early primetime segment and 1.4 for the later portion.  Elsewhere, THE CATCH and THE BLACK LIST: REDEMPTION both lost 0.1s that they couldn’t spare, leaving them at 0.7.  Let’s also take notice of the fact that with the VAMPIRE DIARIES rerun losing 0.1, the 0.1/0.1 night may well have been the lowest in CW history.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  March Madness is upon us, and between them, TNT and TBS had 10 of the Top 11 slots on Thursday cable.  The highest rated game belonged to TNT, with 1.09 for Xavier vs. Maryland.  On We, BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES returned at 0.38, and HUSTLE & SOUL premiered at 0.24.  The final season of Comedy Central’s REVIEW began at 0.15.  CMT’s SUN RECORDS had its first run without a NASHVILLE lead-in, and dipped 0.02 to 0.12.

The top-rated non-basketball telecast of the night was History’s SWAMP PEOPLE, up a tenth to 0.52.  Nickelodeon’s 5PM LOUD HOUSE was at 0.47.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.04 to 0.41, FLIP OR FLOP dropped 0.05 to 0.39, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was up 0.04 to 0.39.  Food Network’s BEAT BOBBY FLAY edged up 0.02 to 0.33.  A&E’s 60 DAYS IN dropped 0.13 to 0.31.  TLC’s SKIN TIGHT jumped 0.09 to 0.26, and MY 600-LB LIFE was up 0.06 to 0.23.  USA’s COLONY dropped 0.04 to 0.24. MTV’s WILD N OUT was at 0.22, compared to last week’s 0.22/0.19.  FX’s BASKETS fell 0.04 to 0.17.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING gained 0.03 to 0.10.
