NETWORK FINALS:  The news was as expected for the final THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL number:  it adjusted up to 5.4, far below last year’s 7.5 CBS kick-off.  There were no other afternoon adjustments.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The news was similar on the cable part of the THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL ledger, where the NFL Network simulcast was at 1.46, considerably below last year’s 1.83.  ESPN’s COLLEGE FOOTBALL game was solid at 0.71.  On A&E, 60 DAYS IN gained 0.06 to 0.54, and BEHIND BARS was up 0.03 to 0.34.  HGTV’s FLIP OR FLOP fell 0.07 to 0.53, with HOUSE HUNTERS down 0.08 to 0.36, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL down 0.03 to 0.34, and DESERT FLIPPERS up 0.05 to 0.31.  History’s MOUNTAIN MEN rose 0.06 to 0.49, and ICE ROAD TRUCKERS was up 0.04 to 0.30.  The season finale of USA’s QUEEN OF THE SOUTH gained 0.04 to 0.40.  On Lifetime, PROJECT RUNWAY returned at 0.40, with pre-show ROAD TO THE RUNWAY at 0.33.  Tru’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS was up 0.03 to 0.38, and INSIDE JOKES edged up 0.02 to 0.28.  A pair of late afternoon Nickelodeon shows barely missed the Top 10:  LOUD HOUSE at 0.37, and FAIRLY ODD PARENTS at 0.34.  Bravo’s FLIPPING OUT ticked down to 0.32.  Food Network’s CHOPPED lost a tick to 0.26.  On MTV, WILD N OUT rose 0.05 to 0.24, and JOKING OFF was up a hundredth to 0.14.  The 2d week of FX’s BETTER THINGS fell a tenth to 0.21.  On We, JIM & CHRISSY ticked up to 0.18, but CUTTING IT IN THE ATL was down 0.04 to 0.12.  RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE ALL STARS was up 0.02 to 0.14 on VH1, and steady at 0.12 on Logo; on the latter, FINDING PRINCE CHARMING was at 0.07.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING lost a tick to 0.09.
