CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX’s acclaimed BETTER THINGS debuted moderately at 0.31.  (The network also announced today that SEX&DRUGS&ROCK&ROLL, which had the timeslot last week, has been canceled.)  Meanwhile, HGTV had three of the Top 5 shows on a very quiet Thursday in cable, with FLIP OR FLOP #1, up 0.08 to 0.60, HOUSE HUNTERS up 0.05 to 0.44, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL steady at 0.37.  A&E’s 60 DAYS IN dropped 0.07 to 0.48, and BEHIND BARS was down 0.03 to 0.31.  On History, MOUNTAIN MEN gained 0.04 to 0.43, and ICE ROAD TRUCKERS ticked down to 0.26.  USA’s QUEEN OF THE SOUTH rose 0.06 to 0.36.  On Tru, IMPRACTICAL JOKERS jumped 0.11 to 0.35, although that was still down more than a tenth from 2 weeks ago, and INSIDE JOKES was up 0.05 to 0.26.  Cartoon Network’s STEVEN UNIVERSE returned to the Top 10 at 0.34, and TEEN TITANS GO was just a few slots behind at 0.31.  Bravo’s FLIPPING OUT lost a tick to 0.33.  Food Network’s CHOPPED was at 0.27, and BEAT BOBBY FLAY dropped 0.06 to 0.24.  On MTV, WILD N OUT fell a tick to 0.19, JOKING OFF was similarly down to 0.13, and KINGIN WITH TYGA held at 0.13.  JIM & CHRISSY arrived on We at 0.17, and CUTTING IT IN THE ATL was down 0.01 to 0.16.  RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE ALL STARS was at 0.12 on both Logo and VH1, down 0.06 on the the latter.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING gained a tick to 0.10.
