NETWORK FINALS:  There were no changes from the preliminary Wednesday ratings.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS: Paramount’s 68 WHISKEY premiered at 0.17.  The season premiere of Syfy’s THE MAGICIANS was at 0.15, down 0.04 from last season’s premiere.

ESPN’s NBA doubleheader was at 0.44/0.34.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW (with its Lev Parnas interview) led cable news at 0.43/0.70/4.5M, with Fox News’s THE FIVE at 0.29/0.50/3.5M, and CNN TONIGHT at 0.18/0.28/1M.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY shed 0.04 to 0.41.  On Discovery, ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE jumped 0.11 to 0.40.  TNT’s ALL ELITE WRESTLING (which was just announced to be expanding to an additional night) edged up 0.02 to 0.38.  On A&E, LIVE PD was at 0.36/0.31 compared to last week’s 0.32/0.31, and AMERICA’S TOP DOG was up 0.04 to 0.34.  VH1’s BLACK INK CREW ticked down to 0.33, and MARTHA & SNOOP’S POTLUCK PARTY was at 0.18.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT rose 0.02 to 0.31, and SUPERNANNY was down 0.05 to 0.11.  On BET, THE OVAL climbed 0.05 to 0.31, and SISTAS was up 0.02 to 0.27.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS grew by 0.02 to 0.31, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL fell 0.04 to 0.19, and HOUSE HUNTERS was down 0.07 to 0.16.  On TLC, MY 600-LB LIFE gained 0.03 to 0.29, and 1000-LB SISTERS was down 0.05 to 0.22.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE rose 0.02 to 0.29, and VIKINGS was up 0.02 to 0.20.  MTV’s CATFISH ticked down to 0.25, TRUE LIFE CRIME was down 0.03 to 0.22, and RIDICULOUSNESS was steady at 0.13.  Food Network’s GUY’S GROCERY GAMES lost 0.03 to 0.22.  USA’s WWE NXT gained 0.02 to 0.21.  On ID, HOMICIDE HUNTER dropped 0.05 to 0.19, IN PURSUIT returned at 0.18, and KILLER BODS was down 0.02 to 0.14.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL returned at 0.16.  On Freeform, PARTY OF FIVE was at 0.15 compared to last week’s 0.21/0.16, and GOOD TROUBLE returned at 0.09, down 0.11 from the January 2019 premiere.
