NETWORK FINALS:  SPEECHLESS and SURVIVOR gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s NBA doubleheader topped Wednesday cable at 0.67/0.63.  VH1’s BLACK INK CREW crashed by 0.26 to 0.50.  On History, VIKINGS dropped 0.07 to 0.50, and KNIGHTFALL was down 0.07 from its premiere to 0.28.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY ticked down to 0.45.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL rose 0.08 to 0.43.  On cable news, it was another strong night for MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.38/0.58/3.2M, over Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.30/0.45/2.9M and CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.28/0.36/1.3M.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS ticked up to 0.37, HOUSE HUNTERS dipped 0.03 to 0.26, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL held at 0.25.  TNT’s THE LIBRARIANS returned at 0.34/0.24, down in a big way from last year’s 0.53 premiere (which was on a Sunday).  On Discovery, HOMESTEAD RESCUE climbed 0.07 to 0.33.  On ID, UNUSUAL SUSPECTS and MURDER IN THE HEARTLAND were at 0.29/0.29, compared to last week’s 0.32/0.31.  USA’s WWE NEXT special was at 0.27, and the MR ROBOT season finale ticked down to 0.19.  On Food Network, IRON CHEF SHOWDOWN increased 0.04 to 0.27, and IRON CHEF: BEHIND THE BATTLE was steady at 0.19 .  On Lifetime, after a LITTLE WOMEN: LA special at 0.17, LITTLE WOMEN: ATLANTA returned at 0.26, and lead-out TERRA’S BIG HOUSE was at 0.18.  On A&E, OZZY & JACK’S WORL DETOUR edged up 0.02 to 0.25, and STORAGE WARS was at 0.23/0.19, compared to last week’s 0.29/0.28.  MTV’s ARE YOU THE ONE reunion special was at 0.25, down 0.12 from last week’s episode.  E!’s TOTAL DIVAS ticked down to 0.22.  Syfy’s HAPPY! didn’t express the opinions of viewers at all, plummeting 0.23 from last week’s premiere to 0.17.  Comedy Central’s FAKE NEWS WITH TED NELMS special was at 0.17.  NatGeo’s DIAN FOSSEY: SECRETS OF THE MIST fell off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.04/171K.  Sundance’s THE A WORD may have garnered critical praise, but it ended its season down 0.01 to a dead zero, with 40K total viewers.
