Ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):
ESPN’s COLLEGE BASKETBALL games took up 5 of Saturday cable’s top slots, led in a big way by the primetime game at 1.52, and with the earlier games at 0.68/0.48/0.46/0.32. The other network having a very good night (it should be noted that TLC, with its usual strong ER shows, was absent for the night) was HGTV, which had 3 of the day’s Top 10, with HOUSE HUNTERS RENOVATION up a tenth to 0.41, and two episodes of MY LOTTERY DREAM HOME at 0.40/0.38. Adult Swim’s FISHCENTER was down 0.03 from last Saturday to 0.32. Hallmark’s GOOD WITCH slid 0.04 to 0.23. BLACK SAILS (Starz) was down a tick to 0.16. It didn’t make the chart, but FOX News Channel’s CASHIN IN was at 0.07 in 18-49s with 1.07M total viewers, down 0.05 and about 80K respectively from last week.
