MAN WITH A PLAN made a solid return to CBS.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

CBS:  THE NEIGHBORHOOD returned from a break up 0.1 to a new high 1.4.  The season premiere of MAN WITH A PLAN was at 1.1, up 0.1 from last season’s finale.  BIG BROTHER: CELEBRITY EDITION was steady at 1.1 with last week’s 8PM episode.  BULL held its last new episode’s 0.8.

ABC:  THE BACHELOR was steady at 1.8, and THE GOOD DOCTOR slipped 0.1 to 1.0.

NBC:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT dropped 0.2 to 1.6, and MANIFEST was down 0.1 to 0.9.

FOX:  THE RESIDENT gained 0.1 to 1.0, and THE PASSAGE stayed at 0.9.

CW:  ARROW (0.4) and BLACK LIGHTNING (0.3) were both steady.

Tonight, the postponed STATE OF THE UNION address finally takes place, preempting 9-11PM on all networks except CW.
