At least there was a little variety in which reruns scored best last night.

CBS:  It was MIKE & MOLLY on top with a 1.5 rerun, and 2 BROKE GIRLS behind it at 1.4, both ahead of the usual leader, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and also MOM, both at 1.2.  The network threw a PERSON OF INTEREST rerun up at 10PM and got a 0.8, about as well as the rest of the hour’s reruns.

NBC:  2 hours of HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT reruns didn’t win at 1.0/1.1, followed by 0.7 for a BLACKLIST rerun.

ABC:  Aged holiday cartoons at 1.1/0.9, then 0.8 for a CASTLE rerun.

FOX:  More reruns at 0.9 (ALMOST HUMAN) and 0.7 (SLEEPY HOLLOW).

CW:  Another run of last week’s IHEARTRADIO special at 0.5.

NBC and ABC start their New Year’s Eve celebrations early tonight, with specials preceding the 10PM starts of their respective galas with Ryan Seacrest and Carson Daly.  FOX sticks with reruns in primetime, but has a Mario Lopez-hosted countdown special in late-night.  Marathons of reruns abound throughout cable today into tomorrow.
