SHOWBUZZDAILY SATURDAY NETWORK SCORECARD 10.3.2015

 

ABC’s NOTRE DAME VS. CLEMSON game dominated FOX’s UCLA VS. ARIZONA STATE, a lopsided 2.4 vs. 0.5.  NBC gave the night to promoting the evening’s SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE season premiere, with the authorized documentary LIVE FROM NEW YORK at 0.6 and a rerun episode at 0.8.  (The SNL premiere was down 0.1 from last year’s in early numbers at 2.0.)  After 2 hours of 0.5/0.6 reruns, CBS had a 0.7 rating for 48 HOURS.

Sunday night is exceptionally busy, with season premieres for THE LEFTOVERS on HBO, HOMELAND and THE AFFAIR on Showtime, and THE GOOD WIFE, MADAM SECRETARY and CSI: CYBER on CBS, along with season finales for FEAR THE WALKING DEAD on AMC and THE STRAIN on FX.
