THE SKED NETWORK SCORECARD – 8/10/14

CBS was the night’s easy winner, although its numbers won’t be sorted out until tomorrow.

Daily Comp 3way 2014 Sun Aug 10

CBS:  Golf’s fourth and final major, the PGA CHAMPIONSHIP, ran until 9PM ET last night instead of the scheduled 7PM end time because of a severe weather delay.  60 MINUTES and BIG BROTHER were pushed two hours later than normal, while Unforgettable and Reckless did not air in the majority of the country.  In the West, the CBS line-up aired at its regular times with repeats of the summer dramas airing at 9 and 10PM PT. The CBS numbers are thus subject to an adjustment of a few tenths of a rating point in the official nationals tomorrow morning, although at the moment 60 Minutes is up and Big Brother is down from last week.

ABC:  Both WIPEOUT and RISING STAR were down 0.2 from last week, to 0.8 and 0.7 respectively.

NBC:  After last week’s preemption for football, the network aired reruns at 0.8/0.9.

FOX:  The TEEN CHOICE AWARDS were at 0.8, steady with last year’s telecast.

The broadcast networks air their regular Monday schedules tonight.  On cable, TNT has the season finales of MAJOR CRIMES and MURDER IN THE FIRST (which for the latter may be more than just a season finale).
