SHOWBUZZDAILY TUESDAY NETWORK SCORECARD – 10.10.2017

 

The season continued settling downward.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

CW:  THE FLASH premiered at 1.0, down 0.3 from 2016.  LEGENDS OF TOMORROW was steady with its Fall 2016 premiere at 0.6, but that was in a much tougher timeslot, opening up Thursday night with no lead-in.

ABC:  Everything was down:  THE MIDDLE by 0.2 to 1.4, FRESH OFF THE BOAT by 0.3 to 1.1, BLACK-ISH by 0.2 to 1.3, THE MAYOR by 0.2 to 1.0, and KEVIN (PROBABLY) SAVES THE WORLD by 0.2 to 0.8.

NBC:  THE VOICE was steady at 2.3, but THIS IS US lost 0.3 to 2.8.  LAW & ORDER: TRUE CRIME held at 1.1.

FOX:  LETHAL WEAPON fell 0.2 to a series low 0.9, THE MICK was down 0.2 to 0.7, and BROOKLYN NINE-NINE was up 0.1 to 0.7.

CBS:  NCIS remained at 1.4, BULL was steady at 1.2, and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS rose 0.1 to 1.1.

Tonight’s premieres encompass the entire spectrum of TV drama:  CW’s reboot of DYNASTY (after the season premiere of RIVERDALE), to USA’s returning MR. ROBOT.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
