THE MASKED SINGER may have found its lead-out.

DEMOGRAPHIC DETAIL: For each broadcast program (or hour segment), the chart below displays preliminary live+same day key advertiser demographics (adult 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 ratings), audience skews (women 18-49, men 18-49 and adults 50+ shares) and total viewership (thousands of people over the age of 2).

Ratings analysis and comparisons follow the chart.

FOX:  THE MASKED SINGER returned from hiatus in its regular timeslot at 2.0, up 0.1 from its last non-special airing.  LEGO MASTERS held its lead-in well with a 1.6 premiere.

ABC:  An off-night episode of THE BACHELOR was at 1.3.  That lead-in didn’t help STUMPTOWN, steady at 0.4.

CBS:  The special SURVIVOR AT 40 was well below a normal episode at 0.6.  Back-to-back episodes of CRIMINAL MINDS were at 0.6/0.5, down from last week’s 0.9.

NBC:  The line-up returned from a rerun week, with CHICAGO MED (1.1) and CHICAGO FIRE (1.1) steady, and CHICAGO PD up 0.1 to 1.1.

CW:  RIVERDALE (0.2) and NANCY DREW (0.1) were steady.

Tonight will be busy, with series or season premieres of TOMMY on CBS, BROOKLYN NINE-NINE and INDEBTED on NBC, KATY KEENE on CW, and THE SINNER and BRIARPATCH on USA.

COMPARISONS TO SIMILAR NIGHTS: Preliminary adult 18-49 live+same day ratings versus the same night last year and same night last week.
